At Hubert Bookbinding, we take great pride in our craftsmanship; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for all non-customized items. Please ensure products are in their original, unused condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the books or stationery are protected from bending or moisture during transit.

  Shipping

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our studio, then drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service provider.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
